SAVE THE DRAMA FOR YOUR MAMA!

Listen up peeps!  I have nothing but warm and fuzzies in my heart for you all...you know that, but it has been brought to my attention that some readers of my blog have been potty-mouthin' some of my featured retailers...check it:  you are more than welcome and encouraged to speak your mind, but this blog isn't a one-way street.
I love and respect the local business owners I deal with here in Madison, and I have always been fairly and kindly treated.  If you are going to say anything negative about a retailer, I will be sure to give the owner of that establishment the same chance to tell their side of the story...so here's the nutshell:  if you can dish it, be ready to take it.

Play nice, people!  There is enough sand for everyone.

So 2,000 people have visited my blog, yet I only have 29 followers
...WHAT?  Please, if you read my blog,  click "follow" and let me feel the love.....xoxoxox

  1. I just noticed this article and got quite the kick out of it! It's cute. But seriously...I included my experience in your post as I would have thought you'd want to know who you are sending your clients to. So dishing drama...I guess if that's what you call it. I am a local Madisonian, I love shopping locally and always prefer to do so. I review stores for wonderful experiences, and I will review stores for horrible experiences. This particular experience was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. I found it sad, as I LOVED shopping at this store as it has a wonderful selection of items, and the potential (under the right management) to be AMAZING. Luckily for me I was able to resolve the situation with help from the BBB and I received the remaining money I was owed, along with a very nice apology from the owner.

Kudos to you for supporting local businesses and marketing them...you have a very cool and interesting blog.
